Gillian has been coaching for over 10 years, the majority being with NASC. She was a swimmer at the high-performance level and has recently completed her Masters in Intervention and Consulation (Applied Sport Psychology) at the University of Ottawa. She has worked with all age groups, from our youngest rec swimmers to our oldest competitive swimmers, and also coaches with Team Ontario and Ontario Artistic Swimming’s Learn to Train program. Gillian loves to see the athletes fall in love with the sport and learn new skills every season, in addition to all of the creativity that comes with choreographing routines and making practices fun and engaging!
Bridget has been involved with NASC for over 15 years as a competitive swimmer and coach. She has coached in a variety of age groups, from 10U to Junior competitive, and has her competition introduction certification. She is also still involved with the club as a masters swimmer, recently competing at the masters World Championships in Japan!
